Position Title: Master’s Level Clinician
Reports to: Clinical Director
Requirements: Must have a Master’s Degree in Social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or mental health counseling must have completes graduate level coursework in at least four of the following thirteen content areas: human growth and development; diagnosis and treatment of psychopathology, human sexuality, counseling theories and techniques; group theories and practice, dynamics of marriage and family systems; individual evaluation and assessment; career and lifestyle assessment; research and program evaluation; personality theories; social and cultural foundations; counseling in community settings; and substance use disorders. Five (5) years of professional experience in a behavioral health organization providing services to persons with serious mental illness and training in evaluation and assessments, treatment planning, treatment interventions, documentation. Must have valid driver’s license and current proof of insurance.
